Mother Letter Project is asking us all to write about a charity we support. One in particular has touched our lives recently. I haven't said enough about the incredible bereavement program Banner Desert Hospital has. They work in conjunction with an organization called Newborns In Need (NIN). NIN takes care of sick and needy babies as well as their families; and in cases of crisis, help where help is needed. They assist in so many capacities, but for us, the bereavement service they provided was invaluable as we prepared to bury our babies.--Giving us hand and footprints, plaster prints, booties, hats, hand crocheted blankets and clothing in which to lay them to rest, as well as for us to keep as mementos. There truly are no words to convey what a comfort this was and is to us.
