If anyone cares to visit this blog after i have neglected it for so long, apologies for my absence.

i'm unsure where i should begin but figured Gratitude would be a good place.
The blanket project was so healing for our family. Thank you for donating fabric, funds, time and your talents to Newborns in Need. i honestly don't think i can ever articulate how much it meant to have support during that year milestone. You surpassed my goal of 31 blankets by so far and i am working on a little token of our appreciation.
And thank you to anyone who thought to send an email or text letting me know your thoughts were with our family. i was a bit unprepared for the emotion it brought up. i will write a bit more about that as i feel ready.
